The Cowboys are 6-5 against the Falcons in Atlanta since their first meeting in 1966, and that includes a 30-27 NFC Divisional playoff win for the Cowboys on Jan. 4, 1980. The Falcons and Cowboys last faced one another in the 2003 season opener at Texas Stadium with the Falcons winning 27-13.
